  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • During high-volume periods (launches, limited drops, holidays), processing times may extend to 3–7 business days.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship via trusted U.S. carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Priority/Express: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Shipping method selected

4. International Shipping

Tegridy-Tees.com is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

  • Packages returned due to address errors

  • Additional shipping costs to re-ship returned items

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier:

  • Tegridy-Tees.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • Customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the damaged packaging and item

We will review and determine appropriate resolution.


7. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather events

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Peak holiday volumes

8. Order Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.


9. Split Shipments

In some cases, items may ship separately depending on inventory or fulfillment location. You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments unless explicitly stated at checkout.
