During high-volume periods (launches, limited drops, holidays), processing times may extend to 3–7 business days.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier:
Tegridy-Tees.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
If your package arrives damaged:
Contact us within 5 days of delivery
Include photos of the damaged packaging and item
We will review and determine appropriate resolution.

8. Order Tracking

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.
9. Split Shipments
In some cases, items may ship separately depending on inventory or fulfillment location. You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments unless explicitly stated at checkout.
